Mere Pere is a family-run design studio creating furniture and objects for children.

The project was founded by us, Leonard and Maria, and it truly began with our children, Hugo and Carol. As parents, we were constantly searching for pieces that felt thoughtful, well-made, and honest — not loud, not disposable.

With over 10 years of experience in furniture design and production, Leonard brings a deep understanding of proportion, materials, and craftsmanship. Together, we design objects that respect both children and the homes they grow up in.

Every piece is designed and made in our family workshop in Romania, using plywood, valchromat, and natural finishes.

We believe children deserve real materials, thoughtful proportions, and objects that grow with them.
